Tracks B4, and B7 to D3 are the 14 bonus tracks.

Pre-order copies include a 12" x 12" inner print (hand-numbered on 500).
Pre-ordered bundles (with [r=5207909) included an additional Superior Viaduct promo poster (appr. 35 x 50 cm) with coloured Santa Dog artwork on front, and SV catalog and release info on back.
