Shipping policy

Smallnoise ships two or more days every week. Typically, we ship Tuesdays and Fridays. You can check the weekly ship schedule here (link).

We use Canada Post Expedited Delivery for Canadian orders. Orders are delivered within 2-10 business days depending on your location.

We use a combination of Canada Post Tracked and Insured (up to $100) and USPS Media Mail for orders to the United States. The number of orders queued for shipping and other factors determine which service we use. If you have a clear preference, please get in touch before you order.

Orders of $250 and up ship free.

Currently, we do not ship outside Canada and the USA.
