Notes:

Issued in a plastic bag stapled on top with a custom designed header card. The latter is printed in color, contains art similar to the cover and says "Blues Explosion" on one side and "Plastic Fang" on the other. Contains die-cut cardboard inner sleeves, printed outside and inside. Instead of a traditional cover this release has a 12-page graphic booklet with all pages 12 inches high, but with varying widths. Includes track list and credits.
