H1 to H7 - Recorded live at KCRW's Morning Becomes Eclectic program February 25, 1997. Tracks H1 and H3 are previously unreleased (see below). This note from the booklet is incomplete as tracks H2 and H4 are previously unreleased as well (see below). 

H8 and H9 - Both are unreleased songs recorded live at WNFX, Boston, February 12, 1997.

Information on the 8 tracks that are exclusive to this release: 

- Westie Can Drum (Elastica) - previously unreleased recording of a 'BTC' session track.
- Stereo (Remix) - remixed by Steve Fisk for the second pressing of the promotional single for radio
- Agony Of The Stars - unreleased song recorded for the film 'Sweethearts' in 1996 by Larry Crane at Laundry Rules, Portland, OR.
- Birds in the Majic Industry - B-side to "Stereo" CD single (a second, unreleased version was on the double CD of the album, and is also included here)
- Painted Soldiers - unreleased, live from KCRW's Morning Becomes Eclectic program 2/25/97
- What Goes On - a Velvet Underground cover, unreleased, live from KCRW's Morning Becomes Eclectic program 2/25/97
- Kris Kraft - unreleased, live from KCRW's Morning Becomes Eclectic program 2/25/97
- And Then (7" version) - B-side to "Spit On A Stranger" 7"
